Leadership Professional Development Center (“LPDC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website and the LPD Coach mobile/web application (together, the “Service”).
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information about you when you use the Service, and the choices you have. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in our Terms and Conditions.
Service: The website and LPD Coach application operated by LPDC.

Usage Data: Information collected automatically from Service use (e.g., device, browser, pages viewed, time on page).

If you access the Service from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to the U.S., where laws may differ. We take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards for such transfers consistent with applicable law.

We do not sell Personal Data. We also do not “share” Personal Data for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by California law. If that changes, we will update this Policy and provide required opt-out mechanisms.

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided Personal Data, contact ken@lpdcenter.org and we will take steps to delete it.
Subject to exemptions, you may have the rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object, data portability, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

You may use an authorized agent where allowed by law, subject to verification and authorization requirements. You can request account and data deletion by emailing ken@lpdcenter.org. If an in-app deletion path is added, we will update this section.
We may use de-identified and/or aggregated information to improve our products and services (including quality, security, and performance). We do not use your personal conversational content to train generalized AI models that are provided to other customers unless you explicitly opt in. If this approach changes, we will update this Policy and provide appropriate choices.
If we offer the Service through partners or as a white-label solution, those partners must protect Personal Data consistent with this Policy and applicable law. LPDC is not responsible for partners’ independent processing outside of our instructions or agreements. We maintain agreements with subprocessors (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics) requiring confidentiality and appropriate security.

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post updates here and revise the Effective date above. Where required, we will also provide additional notice.
